Most recently, my gas furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Lambert was considerate enough to arrange for a technician to come to my house that evening and fix the problem. That technician was Mr. Robert Grant. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed the system enough so we had heat that evening. He was fantastic.
