I had a 50-gallon natural gas water heater installed by them approximately 1 year ago. I had the water heater drained for him. I left the water heater on to drain fully overnight. The installer came the next day. He was very professional. He was careful not to cause further flooding in my basement. He did an outstanding job with the installation. It took him approximately 1 1/2 hours to install. They are a very dependable company to deal with. They told me the approximate time the installer would arrive.

I noticed a bit of water around the base of my water heater and a ring of damp cement about 8:30 AM. I called Lambert’s Plumbing and a technician arrived just after noon. I was fortunate to have noticed it before we had a catastrophic water release. By 2:30 PM we had a new hot water heater installed! Thank you for the prompt response and excellent service.

The 2 Shawns were both hardworking and diligent in getting a very difficult and challenging job of installing a new water heater done. It had to go into a very small space, which was under a kitchen cabinet. I can't believe they did it, but they did. Great job. Lambert should be very pleased and proud of these employees. It was a pleasure to meet such friendly workers.
