I had a 50-gallon natural gas water heater installed by them approximately 1 year ago. I had the water heater drained for him. I left the water heater on to drain fully overnight. The installer came the next day. He was very professional. He was careful not to cause further flooding in my basement. He did an outstanding job with the installation. It took him approximately 1 1/2 hours to install. They are a very dependable company to deal with. They told me the approximate time the installer would arrive.

I noticed a bit of water around the base of my water heater and a ring of damp cement about 8:30 AM. I called Lambert’s Plumbing and a technician arrived just after noon.
