I am out of state, and I noticed a problem with my heat pump when I checked the Wi-Fi thermostat that Lambert Plumbing and Heating installed for me years ago. The technician that came to my home was great; he contacted me when he was there and was able to quickly evaluate the issue. He even sent me a video so I could see what was happening and could talk about what needed to be done. The technician was able to make a temporary repair so the system is working while he orders the needed repair materials to come back and make the repairs. I can't say how pleased I am with the service, and I wish that I could find a quality company like Lambert P&H for my home out of state. Some of the thermostats that we requested would not work well with our ductless units, so the technician ordered different ones and he will return once he has them. We look forward to his return.
