He fixed the sink in minutes Mar 5, 2026

I am very amazed with Sager, who came to my job (Cracker Barrel) and worked on the drainage of the sink. He hit his head so hard, and I ran to help him, and he got up and continued to work like nothing happened. I could tell he was in pain, but he fixed the sink within minutes, and he was so professional. The sink has been down for weeks, and he fixed it in minutes. I asked him what was wrong with it, and he took his time and explained it to me. He knew I just worked there, but he was professional enough to explain what was going on with it. I have to give him props for continuing to finish the job while he was in pain and taking the time to explain things to me. I would use his company for my house if all the techs are like him.

We were having trouble with our main drain, which was quite old. We got in contact with Lambert Plumbing and Heating, and Anthony was the repair man that came over. He explained exactly what was going on, what he was doing, and what we needed to have done to make the system work properly. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time. He used a technique called pipe lining. Then, when he was all done, he put the camera through the pipe and checked every inch of the pipe to make sure it was working properly. When they were done, everything was cleaned up; there was no mess left at all. DJ, his helper, was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire Lambert Plumbing and Heating again. I would ask for Anthony without a doubt.

I called for a slow, not flowing kitchen sink drain. Found pipes were clogged with years of debris, then noticed an old pipe leaking as well. What I thought was a small issue soon became a bigger issue due to age of home and old plumbing. Sager was excellent! Excellent customer service, the office called me when there was a slight delay in arrival. He was knowledgeable, and did professional work.

Called in for slow draining tub and toilet, turned into a BIG project unfortunately. Sager walked us through everything he did and why. Had to run out to get some parts and big snake, came back and got it done ASAP.
